a 4-week series
with Jessie Erickson
Sunday's in November
Expecting mothers of any trimester and any level are encouraged to join us. This is a great way to strengthen the body and help prepare the mind and body for child birth and motherhood. This class provides an opportunity to find the union of the breath and mind and is a wonderful place to grow and learn along side your growing baby belly. This class will leave the expecting mother empowered for delivery and beyond. We have created a supportive community of expecting mothers, join us!
We will start this class off with connection and conversation (about 20 mins) then we will move into movement (about 40 mins). I will record just the movement portion of the class (camera on Jessie only) and send the link to all participants after class is over. These recordings will be yours to keep!

Yoga for Runners
a collaboration series
with Duluth Running Company
September 16th-November 18th
(10 week session)
Yoga for Runners is a great way for runners, triathletes, and other endurance athletes to gain flexibility, balance, and core strength. The movements in each class help to release tightness in common problem areas for runners.
Yoga for Runners is also perfect for everyone from yoga newbies to more experienced yogis. Run Yoga instructors provide multiple modified options for each pose, allowing participants to push themselves to the degree they feel comfortable pursuing. Classes become progressively more challenging.
The sessions attract a variety of ages from 15 to 75. Usually, at least several men are in each class — so don’t be scared gentlemen!
We are offering this two ways: In person at Duluth Running Company (limited to 8 people) and virtually through zoom.
