 Runa Yin + LIVE MUSIC

Yin is a style of yoga targeting connective tissues in the body by holding postures for longer periods of time. Poses are held anywhere from 45 seconds to 5 minutes facilitating healing of the body and the mind. Physically, this allows us to affect change in the ligaments, tendons, and fascia (the connective tissue around and within the muscle). Most of the postures are done close to the floor and target the hips and spine. This class is appropriate for all levels.

“Runa Yoga in the Yurt” classes are held in the serene Hartley Nature Center Yurt 3001 Woodland Ave, Duluth, MN 55803

Yoga class will be led by Miriam Hansen + Live Music by Bryce Kasting
