Postnatal Series 2023

Runa Yoga Postnatal yoga is a modified, low-intensity yoga practice. Mothers with children of any age are welcome to join. Many changes happen to your body after childbirth. This type of yoga is designed to help your body, mind, and spirit recover. You will also find a sense of community within this class and share and connect with those on a similar journey. Babies not yet walking are welcome to join us.

Expecting mothers of any trimester and any level are encouraged to join us. This is a great way to strengthen the body and help provide a union of the breath and mind. Empowering the expecting mother for delivery and beyond. We have created a supportive community of expecting mothers. Join us!

We do not offer refunds at Runa Yoga; instead, we offer generous expiration dates.​ If you are signed up for a class but unable to make it, you must cancel your space and open it up to someone else within 4 hours of the registered class. After the 4-hour mark, you will be unable to cancel. We appreciate your understanding.
