All are welcome! This weekend-long retreat is open to all abilities, whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yoga practitioner. Icaghowan (eye-cog-wan) is a native American term that means “to grow in every way.”

Option 1: Reserve your spot with a $125 non-refundable deposit. Full payment will be required no later than one month before the retreat start date.

 

Option 2: Reserve your spot by paying in full, your $125 non-refundable deposit included.

3 bedrooms; one with one bunk (two beds), one with two bunks (four beds), and one with six bunks (12 beds), equipped with bathrooms and a shower.

4 rooms with 4 bunk beds each. It can sleep up to 32 guests, equipped with bathrooms and showers and a small fridge.

  • What should I pack?
    ● Yoga Mat ● Yoga Block or Props (Runa Yoga will supply a limited number of blocks, straps and bolsters) ● Yoga attire and change of casual wear ● Sweater and cold weather apparel ● Hiking boots, shoes ● Slippers ● Sleeping bag or blanket, twin fitted sheet and pillow ● Flashlight and/or Headlamp ● Water bottle ● Toiletries, toothbrush, bath towel, etc. If Applicable: ● Swimsuit and towel for sauna - optional ● Book ● Journal ● Ear plugs ● Spending cash ● Snacks ● Mountain bike, kayak, paddle board

  • What should I bring to class?
    At Runa, we believe in traveling as lightly as possible, shed what is not needed on and off your mat. That being said, we suggest bringing the following items to a class at Runa: ● A yoga mat ● Water bottle ● Hand towel for heated classes
  • I forgot my mat, do you have one I can use?"
    Yes! Although we highly encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, we understand that you might not always have access to one. At Runa, we got you. We always offer clean mats to use for those times when your mat just didn’t make it to class with you. We charge a $2.00 mat rental fee. ***Mat rental fee is waived for Founders Pass holders.
  • What should I wear to class?
    Wear whatever makes you feel empowered to move and breathe in your own body. Side note, our R2 + R3 Flow class experiences are heated, so you may want to take that into consideration. Whether you are coming from work, a bike or ski trail, you can pop into a class at Runa and feel completely at home. Forget about the labels and name brand yoga pants, it’s so much more than that.
  • Are your classes beginner friendly?
    At Runa we like to think more about “what kind of experience are you in the mood for”. All of our classes are accessible to all, but some do move faster than others. Hover over the "Classes" tab in the navigation bar. From there, options will drop down. Select the "Class Describtions" option. Here you can find a chart to help direct you towards the experience you are looking for!
  • What classes are a good place for a beginner to start?
    You can attend ANY class you are interested in! But, if you are new to Runa or new to yoga, great place to start would be... R1 Flow 5:30p Monday R1 Flow 9:00a Wednesday Runa Candlelight 6:00p Sunday. Let us know if you have anymore questions! Feel free to email hello@runayoga.com. Thanks!
  • What kind of wellness experiences does Runa Yoga offer?
    At Runa Yoga, we recognize that each of us is unique in our mind body needs from day to day, moment to moment. Because of this, we offer a wide variety of yoga and movement classes to allow you the optimum opportunity to find what serves you best. All of our classes are taught by highly trained and certified professionals. ● Yoga of varied styles, vinyasa (heated and non-heated), yin, restore, pre-natal and kids yoga ● Meditation opportunities ● Movement classes including: barre, and pulse (a combination class of high intensity interval exercises which incorporates weights (optional) calisthenics and yoga sequencing.)
  • What is Runa's refund + cancelation policy?
    We do not offer refunds at Runa Yoga, instead, we offer generous expiration dates. ​ If you are signed up for a class, but unable to make it, you must cancel your space and open it up to someone else within 4 hours of the registered class. After the 4 hour mark, you will be unable to cancel. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Do you offer offsite classes?
    Yes! We lead many yoga classes offsite, such as... Runa Yoga at Bent Paddle Brewing Company Enjoy a private, laid-back, all-level adult yoga class in the new outdoor space at Bent Paddle Brewing Company in Duluth, Minnesota, and afterward enjoy a free beverage of your choice! Beer, Kombucha, soda available. In the warmer months, these classes will take place outside on the very new updated BPBC lawn, weather permitting.​ Don't worry! In the winter months, we move it inside! Yoga In The Yurt: Full Moon Flow Full moons are used as a way to mark the passage of time. They are named after the seasons and events occurring in nature at the time of the full moon. These are useful times in our lives for rounding things out to full completion. In a sense, something comes to an end, ready for a brand-new phase to begin. We have created a vinyasa yoga flow around a full moon theme. Yoga at Chester Bowl In the summer, we lead weekly outdoor classes at Chester Bowl. It is a great way to connect with the outdoors! We also offer a Corporate Wellness class package option all year round. This is where Runa comes to you! It offers a moral and wellness boost within your company with a yoga class.
  • What does Runa's Founders Pass include?

  • How do I sign up for a class?
    We have several options for you to register for a class at Runa Yoga including: drop in, online and from the Mindbodyonline app. *** Please note that some of our classes do fill so, pre-registration is highly encouraged to reserve your spot in class. ● In person, arrive at the studio 15 minutes prior to the studio to check in at the front desk. If this is your first class with us, you will be asked for your name, email and phone number. You will also be asked to sign a one time liability waiver. ● To sign up online, visit our "Home" of "Classes" tab inthe top navigation bar. Select the class you are interestedin attending and follow the sign up prompts. ● To use the mindbodyonline app, follow the link below to create an account with Mindbodyonline (our booking software.)   • Can I share a pass with someone else?
    The short answer here is, no. You can only use your class pass or package on yourself. However, we understand that certain situations call for special accomodations. Please give send us an email at hello@runayoga.com or give us a call at (218) 606-1188 for special considerations.
  • How do I pay for someone else?
    Unfortunately, our system cannot recognize someone trying to pay for another. But we have a know a quick fix! Give us a call at (218) 606-1188 and we can help arrange something for you to make this possible.
  • How do I buy a Gift Card?
    Yes! We have gift cards available for purchase. You can always buy one at the Runa Yoga studio for a physical Gift Card. Or you can do it right here online! Our top navigation bar has a "Gift Card" tab. Click it and follow the guided prompts.

  • I do not have a bike, is a bike included?
    A bike is NOT included in the cost. There are lots of local bike rental companies in Crosby, MN and surrounding areas. Just reach out, we are happy to help connect you!
